The creation, the editing and the advertising of the Social Biography might involve the publication of the video-questions, uploaded by the Website’s users, in the digital version of the Social Biography and on the social networks pages of eFanswer and; therefore, the uploading of the video-questions involves the collection of information that constitutes personal data according to the D.Lgs 196/2003 (the “Privacy Code”) and the Reg. 2016/679 (the “GDPR”). 1.
