Using the "EPICO" services owned and operated by eFanswer LTD based in 55 London Road, St. Johns Wood, London, N127JJ, VAT No. GB ​​205 5973 05 (hereinafter "EPICO"), the user accepts to be bound by the following terms of service, as well as all the other guidelines, rules and additional conditions mentioned in this document, as well as the rules applied therein (collectively, "Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use will remain in effect for all the duration of EPICO's use. Each party may terminate these Terms of Use for any reason at any time.

Article 1

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

The EPICO services that can be accessed through the page: https://epico.com and through all the pages owned and managed by EPICO (the "Website"), provide a direct link between the fans and celebrities in order to be able to actively participate in online communities with other fans who share the same interests (the "EPICO Services"). These Terms of Use whose terms are legally binding with respect to use by the user and the provisions of our provisions of the Website and EPICO Services. Article 2

ADMISSION

USE BY THE USER

4.1 Registration and security In order to use or access EPICO Services, you may be required to register with EPICO by selecting a user name and password and entering your e-mail address ("User ID"). Any User ID and password provided for access to the EPICO Service are for personal use only. You agree to (a) immediately notify EPICO of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session.

4.2 Content Under no circumstances will EPICO be liable in any way for the information, texts, sounds, photographs, graphics, videos, messages and other materials available through the Website and the EPICO Service (the "Content"), including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of any content. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to the content you post on the Website. You agree to evaluate and assume all risks associated with the use of any content, including the subject, integrity, and the accuracy of the contents themselves. EPICO reserves the right to modify and delete links or content that will be deemed offensive and not compliant with these Terms of Service. The following is a partial list of the type of Content and communications that are illegal or prohibited on / connected to the Website. EPICO reserves the right to examine and take appropriate legal action at its discretion against anyone who violates these provisions, including , without limitation, the removal of offensive communications from the EPICO Service, the cancellation of the registration of those who violate this provision and the right to block the use of the EPICO Service and / or the Website. (ii) remove any copyright, registered trademark or other proprietary rights contained in or on the EPICO Website and / or Service;
(iii) use any robot, spider, search / retrieval site, or other devices to retrieve or index parts of the Website and / or EPICO Service;
(iv) collect any type of information on other users or members (including usernames and / or e-mail addresses) for any purpose other than that provided for therein or sending and sharing with other EPICO users or members;

(vi) create a user account through the use of automated or false or fraudulent means;

(viii) publish material or Content owned by third parties without the prior written consent of such third parties;
(ix) publish any Content or material that falsely declares or implies that such material or Content is sponsored or approved by EPICO;
(x) publish any Content or material that violates or abuses intellectual property rights, advertising, privacy or other proprietary rights of third parties;
(xi) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other elements of a destructive nature;
(xii) use the EPICO Website or Services for the purpose of violating the security of any computer network, decrypting passwords or security codes, transferring or storing illegal material including that deemed dangerous or obscene;
(xiii) copy or store any Content posted on the Website for any use other than that intended;
(xiv) publish illegal Content or materials that promote or encourage illegal activity;
(xv) publish false or misleading information for EPICO;
(xvi) to take any action that imposes, or may impose at EPICO's sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the IT infrastructure;
(xvii) use the Website and / or the EPICO Service, intentionally or otherwise, to violate any local, state, national or international law;
(xviii) collect or store personal data of other users in connection with the prohibited activities described in this paragraph.

Article 5

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and ask our users to do the same. Our policy provides for the right to disable access or remove material that we believe legally violates the copyright of another work. 5.1 Disputes relating to intellectual property rights

5.2 Procedures for notification of copyright violations
If the user believes that the material or Content present or accessible through the Website or the Service violates a copyright, please send a notification to the Designated Representative regarding the copyright infringement containing the following information (the " Infringement Notification "): 1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner who is allegedly infringed; 2. The identification of the works or materials that have been violated; 3. the identification of the material that is believed to have been infringed including information regarding the location of the infringing material that the copyright owner requires is removed, with sufficient precision so that EPICO is able to find it and verify its existence ; 4. the contact information of the person sending the notification including the address, telephone number and, if available, the e-mail address; 5. a statement that the person sending the notification believes that the material has not been legally authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and 6. a statement under oath that the information provided is accurate and that the notifying party has been authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

5.3 Receipt of the Violation Notice
When the Designated Representative receives the Notice of Violation, EPICO's policy includes: 1. the removal or disabling of access to illegal material; 2. notification to the Content provider, member or user that access to the material has been removed or disabled; and 3. the communication that those who repeatedly violate the material will be removed from the system and that EPICO will interrupt the access of the Content provider, the member or the user to the service.

5.4 Procedure for sending a Response Notice to the Designated Representative
If the Content provider, member or user deems that the material that has been removed or whose access has been disabled is not illegitimate, or the Content provider, member or user believes to have the right to publish and use such material by the copyright owner , agent of the copyright owner, or pursuant to law, the owner of the Content, member or user must send a reply notification containing the following information to the Designated Representative: 1. INDEMNIFICATION

VIDEO QUESTIONS: RELEASE TO USE IMAGE AND CONTENT

As registered member you accept to: 1. to grant to eFanswer LTD, with registered office in 55 London Road, St. Johns Wood, Londra N127JJ, P. IVA GB 205597305 (“eFanswer”) and to all its assignees, the full and perpetual right to use, record, film, duplicate, process, modify, reproduce, spread and publish – on any and all analogue, electronic, computer and/or digital support – image, voice and declarations made by means of audio/video recordings (hereinafter, the "Images"), for the purpose of: (i) including the video-questions of the users of the website https://www.epico.com within the digital book-interview (the “Social Biography”); and (ii) publishing the Images on the Company’s social network pages to promote the Social Biography; 2. to assign, free of charge, to eFanswer any right relating to, deriving from or in any way connected with the use and economic exploitation of the Images; 3. to warrant to eFanswer unhindered enjoyment of all the rights covered by this Release Form and to indemnify eFanswer and third parties against any claim and/or demand for compensation arising out of or in any way connected with this Release Form; 4. to be in no way entitled to claim for any reason or title from eFanswer, its transferees and/or assignees and/or in general from any person who uses the Images with reference to the object of the present Release Form and to irrevocably waive any right, action or claim in relation to the payment of fees or indemnities of any kind as a result of the provisions indicated above; 5. to provide my consent pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as better detailed in the information on the processing of personal data set out in Annex A to this Release Form, which is an integral part hereof, to the processing and publication of my personal data in connection with the provisions of the present Release Form, granting eFanswer any right to indicate or not my personal data; 6. the present Release Form is governed by the law of The United Kingdom shall have exclusive and binding jurisdiction over any dispute regarding the content, interpretation, validity, effectiveness and/or execution of this Release. This Release Form does not allow the use of the Contents in any context that affects the personal integrity and decorum of the person portrayed or quoted according to this Release Form.
